 Hi, I'm Michael! I've been a professional pet groomer since 2012 and absolutely love caring for your furry family members. At home, I have my own "Goof Troop" – Mayday (my Pitbull) Dixie (my Cairn Terrier) Skrypt (my Schnoodle) and Betty (my pitmix)

Booking and Payment: 

* Appointments: Grooming appointments are generally about an hour. When booking online, please choose the earliest available slot on your preferred day. 

* Payment Methods: I accept cash, zelle, venmo or card. 

* Card Fee: Please note, our booking platform adds a 3.5% transaction fee to all card payments. 

Your Pet's Well-being is My Priority: 

* Safety First: Your pet's safety and comfort are the most important things to me. 

* What Every Groom Includes: To ensure your pet gets the best, every session includes hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and thorough ear cleaning.

* Important Health Note: For their well-being, I cannot groom pets that are currently limping. Also, anal gland expression is a service best performed by a veterinarian. 

*Extra Care for Special Coats: Matting and Premium Styles. My goal is a happy pet and a beautiful groom! Sometimes, coats need a bit more specialized attention: 

* Matted Pets (Gentle Solutions for Tangles): Matting can be painful. I'll always choose the kindest approach. I'll assess your pet's coat upon arrival and discuss options with you.

*If your pet needs services that fall into these "Extra Care" categories, I'll discuss it with you and get your okay on any potential extra costs before I begin.
